In accounting, we focus on timelines to keep books of accounts uptodate to produce and publish the reports to management from time to time

It's entirely true that companies have always result oriented on daily basis they have their specific daily targets that have to be acheived which have developed resul oriented habbit among its employees that van never be changed but it can be developed. In every ones normal life thay have to acheive or complete their targets on daily basis which have made them result orientd

If Cash is the life blood of business, Accounting Department will be the blood bank.   Accounting department should make sure everything is result oriented, on basis of Risk Management and Profit analysis.

Result oriented can apply through the check n balance and proper way of accountability. 

All accounts should be closed and reconciled on monthly basis.This gives us a good indicator about our status to achieve and gets all planed budgets done.
