Do you think without good academic result but higher degree holder can be success if he / she can able to prove himself/herself that they are expert.

Those peoples whose are not good result oriented but graduate/masters degree holder but they have good .about10-12 years working experiences ,punctual ,hare working ,an honest ,etc. in their own professional filed , in this case do you think they will be success in professional area ?

I don't think having a good academic result should be a main target when we choose someone for any job. Experience is much more importand and so are the trainings we have attended before applying for the job.

Many have worked in fields that different from their academic study and can prove themselves in those fields so much more than those who study it in thir academic study.
