I don’t know how it is with the settings of other services, but I installed the VeePN platform, which is popular all over the world, here, you can visite site . It can be configured to automatically start and connect to the VPN immediately after the device starts. The app for mobile and desktop devices has a special feature with which you can exclude certain applications from the list of applications running over a VPN connection.

two main steps:

1- VPN Server Setup: first you have to configure the VPN Server using your home PC or Laptop:

- Control Panel ==> Network and Sharing Center ==> Change Adapter Settings ==> File ==> New Incoming Connection

now a wizard will open:

- configure the users who are allowed to access your VPN sever and click Next.

- chooses Trough the Internet and click Next.

- select the network protocols that you want to allow through your VPN (if you don’t want people connected to your VPN to have access to shared files and printers on your LAN, you can uncheck the File and Printer Sharing option).

- click Allow Access and wait for the Wizard to finish.

a new connection will appear on your Network Connections named Incoming Connections.

2- Router Setup: now you need to forward the TCP port on your home route (port 1723) to the IP address of your VPN Server.

- log in to your home router.

- go to Forwarding menu (this menu varies according to the type and model of your router it may be called Port Forwarding).

- create a port forwarding rule using the TCP port (1723) and your VPN Server IP Address.

(for more security create a port forwarding rule that forwards a random port to the port 1723 on your home router).

now your home VPN is ready, you can connect to this VPN from any computer using the "Set up a new connection or network" option in "Network and Sharing Center" providing the IP address of the VPN Server you configured.

note: you need a reserved Public IP address for your home VPN Server, if you don't have one you can lease an IP from your ISP.
