One electrical horse power is equal to 0.746 KW

P = I X V X POWER FACTOR  IN KW

I = P/(V X POWER FACTOR ) = 0.746/(220 X .8 ) = 4.2 AMPS

ICB = IR X 1.25 = 4.2 X 1.25 = 5.29 AMPS  nearest mcb rate is 10 amps

I would suggest to go for 8 amps to max 10 amps. That will take care of starting and In rush currents.
