Referring to on Fiona Talbot  in her book, “How to Write Effective Business English” ,no doubt as to the power ofthe written word can be misunderstood, found to be offensive, and once read is difficult to retract or correct. Email, social media and instant messaging, which have all made it far easier and quicker to communicate and do business,. This ability to rapidly or hastily communicate can be a mixed blessing if a business owner is not careful, and it should be remembered that both you and your business will often be judged by the manner in which you write. takes a look at how, as a result of technology, we now need to adapt the way in which we write and vary our writing according to our audience and the medium that we are using to communicate. However, writing for social media differs from the more traditional forms of media, and as it can be more difficult for those used to writing more formally to write in a more conversational style.For instances, the many mistakes that a writer can make, especially when attempting to connect with a global audience. While English is the language in which to do business, it needs to be remembered that there are variations of the language, and it is not enough just to set the spell check of your computer to the variety of English you wish to use. Therefore, Grammar and writing tips for everyday business are just some of the other useful subjects covered in this informative book on business communication.

On conclusion, multi-nationals should  improving their use of business English by co-founding a consultancy to run  workshops and e-coaching courses for and their employees of non-natives English speakers at all levels , so focusing on communication for businesses dedicated to giving guidance on this and the pros and cons of a business doing it.

I think It depends on person ability for continuous  practicing and learning of English vocabulary , grammar and avoid mistakes in writing and reading

English is today's language of international business. It is necessary that we speak and write in english correctly. How to write effective business english? I believe only in practice, practice and practice. 

But what i would recommend to be in high level of written english: we need to be clear, brief and review the written english loudly to see if we present our thoughts correctly.

Effective business English will definitely show to the way you write and speak. The audience listening to you or the reader is the encouragement factor for any piece we make.  

The use of proper wording or phrasing is important, they should be carefully selected in order to be understandable, the shortest and clearer it may be, the better. Distinguish the simplest form from the complex form of your English language depending on the level of your audience.

There will be no teacher who correct mistaken use of the business English, the only feedback you get is you get the lower influence as everyone may not have the interest to talk to you or may avoid you.

After all, if any business become very successful with the way you handle it, in that case, you may realize that the business English you’re using to communicate to everyone is the correct approach and very effective.

It should be  concrete, laconic and informative.

You should choose the "key words"  of your message and use that words. .It should be : laconic but fully informative, with correctly chosen headings and images.
