Heat Exhaustion is a serious medical condition and leads to danger if not observed or treated promptly. A first aider should immediately shift the victim to a shaded or cooler area and remove all the tight clothings including shoes. Provide air cooling by using a fan or AC and check his vital signs and blood pressure if he is trained to do so.Encourage oral fluid intake (only water or ORS solution) if he is not having the symptoms of vomiting. If his body temparature is high, make it cool by cold compress, cool sponge bath or porring cold water in a shower. Remember to activate the emergency respond system well before attempting all these, to get an early medical assistance by an expert if the symptoms denotes a medical emergency.
