Do you think it is better to hire a business administration specialist or a computer science specialist for the GM position for a computer company ?

In my own opinion it is wiser to hire a Business Administration Specialist for GM position because it is a high rank position which requires comprehensive knowledge and skills in running the business to achieve it's goals and objectives. GM is an important position that plays a vital role which is crucial to the company's success. Computer science specialist can be hired on the other hand as a support or they can be in the Marketing & Sales dept because they know better in computers. And of course they can easily convince people to buy the product because they know what they're selling if and only if they have the marketing skills and convincing power.
