Do MBA-holders (Master of Business Administration) mostly end up being “Managers” or “Administrators”?

1. Why the choice for MBA (Master of Business Administration) instead of, let’s say, MBM (Master of Business Management)?2. Does the program produce managers or administrators or both?

You are not to old to think for the end, a saying. It depends upon the mixture of hardwork+ luck, few keep exploring their capability (as administrator) in new ventures and business streamlines and some struck / satisfied with manager (mostly). It depends upon the choice of preferences and risk taking ability.

It totally dependes, from which place you are pursuing the MBA degree. I have seen MBA holders ferrying auto rikshaws as well. Most of them end up getting "nothing"

It is good option to pursue your MBA, while working, which make sense for professionals.

The answer is lets say in my case i completed my BBA and ofcorse its not a right question to answer by me but my opinion is that most of them wont end up in Administrators or Managers its because the person who is from a wealthy family probably chooses own business and the people who are not rich enough will ends up in IT firms or other industries but not management section . As i completed my BBA i m planning to do my own business but im not financially sound and i think i have to opt for other choices. Its the situation of most of the people around me.

Not at all because it depends upon individual's prefenence and fortunes

I saw many turned into sports persons, singers, doctors and etc etc...All depends upon how individual is taking care of his/her future

Business management is not a specialty, because it's field is broad and its branching to into deep disciplines

Well, I am a soon-to-be Maste Holders, but still have my administrative job. Doing Masters doesnt necessarily mean that you have to end up being a Manager. Yes MAsters is requierd for a successfull Manager, but along with the experience needed of course, and vice versa.
