Children have different personalities as well as temperaments, individual differences, and intelligence, there are those who love being part of a team and born leaders and there are those who excel doing alone. As teachers we must balance also the lives of these students...by encouraging loners in team building to grow more socially with their classmates in a lot of interactive and interesting ways...game learning, group discussions, skit, shortplays, drama, debate, reenacments, etc depending on subject or lesson.

There are a lot of teaching strategies you can apply one is group work like teaming them up to come up with a report depending on the topics you have on hand. Another is involving them in brainstorming session to form a group discussion. Involving your students on group games, work shops, ice breakers , team building and all other group activities.

It is a good idea to make students engage learning in teams and sharing informations. Total students can be divided in to groups and each group can be given a topic or subject to present their creative ideas and abilities to explain and to understand.
