(A)Specification of goods/equipment

Refers to covering below areas of goods/equipment purchase/delivery.

(1) Functional characteristics (2)Performance characteristics(3)Outcomes of goods/equipment delivery/usage(4)Technical characteristics(5)Standards, Legislative & Regulatory Requirements(6)Compatibility and Standardisation. (7)Acceptance Testing

(B) Terms of reference refers to the purpose and structure of a  committee, meeting, negotiation, project or any similar collections of people who have agreed to work together to accomplish a shared goal.

(C) A Statement of Work is a document, routinely employed in the field of project management, which defines project-specific activities, deliverables and their respective timelines, all of which form a contractual obligation upon the vendor in providing services to the client.
