If CEO agrees to merge his company with another company, which has better and wider Compensation & Benefits policy and packages.. should the employees receive immediately at the moment the merge is been published and implemented the "better" C&B conditions?

Due diligence to be done on benefits plans and its transferability to new employees and compensation packages.

One of the first task is to identify and reconcile the difference in pay and benefits of the merging company because key leadership staff might feel like the merger is hurting them financially who much more likely to quit the organization.

And therefore must work as follows: -

• the prohibition of discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, religion, age, sexual orientation or political beliefs or based on any of the personal characteristics that are protected by law

• dealing with gender equality.

• prevent the use of inappropriate language in the workplace, including profanity or insulting language or the market Aollvaz or abuse to others speak.

• Do not allow the manner of coercion or intimidation in the workplace.

• must follow a fair and transparent remuneration systems.

• work to improve staff skills and competencies through audits permanent performance and carry out education and training and guidance as appropriate.

• zero tolerance for acts associated with harassment, harassment or those occur in the workplace of the company. Harassment and shameful acts may include undesirable.

• harassment that occurs in the workplace include threats, intimidation and bullying and putting others to ridicule or keep them away from the group.
