2. Before project phase initiation, all the accesories like man, machinery and others required for execution should be made available to the longest extent of time.
3. The project milestones have to achieved on time, and respective measures need to be taken in the event of delay.
4. Continuous supervision by intermittent stage checks should be performed to avoid reworks which consume time enormously.
5. Drawings need to be executed only if the final revision of the same is in hand again to avoid reworks.
