According to my opinion first of all your should focus on the public relation issues if you should tacle this issue then your business growing very smothly. 

i suggest restaurant business  is the way to go for any hospitality profession since dubai has lots of nationalities and 10% only eat in there homes and dubai being one of the worlds largest trading centre that means the level of tourists in and out is always at 70% hence generating more revenu in the food and beverage sector.
