Hi Omair,

As you mentioned you have good experience in your particular field and have got a license as well which is good enough for any recruiter to consider your profile. But for that to happen you actually have to be visible to the recruiter.

You only have 20 - 30 seconds to pose an impression through your resume, if not the recruiter may switch to the next available candidate. So to make yourself visible firstly you need to understand a few things and work on.

  1. Every position has a particular set of skills which if mentioned in your profile would catch the attention of the recruiter. Generally recruiters search for specific keywords, so if your resume doesn't have those, your resume might not even show up to the recruiter.
  2. Your resume should always be neat and tidy, a formal font with a good text size, the recruiter should not have to struggle to read what you have written.
  3. Keep your resume detailed and precise at the same time, it should not hide your expertise and roles and at the same time should be point to point.

Take some time exclusively for your resume and edit the needed changes and keep it updated and be active at least once a week.

I hope this would help.

Thanks,

Jackson
