a. The organization policies (low wages) or ( no benefits)

 

b. The emphasis on corporate culture , team work , and participative management  makes it important to hire people who not only are skilled but who fit the culture and leadership style of the organization .

 

c.  Sometimes people with the necessary skills are not available ; in this case , workers

must be hired and then trained internally .

  

d.  the geographic  area  or location of the business can make recruiting difficult . 

  

e. globalization  is adding a new challenges (customs & culture are different)
