There is a war for talent - from other companies.  How do you attract; engage, and retain your employees?  What is your competitive edge?  Company Branding is key to ensuring low turnover ratio and high retention rate.  Competitive pay, Career Development, a fun place to work, sustainability and corporate social responsibility should be the way of life at your company - demonstrated in the character of your company not just advertised.  Be the change agent for your company; get the buy-in from the C-level executives.  Present your case in bit size with concrete evidence - show stats/metrics like KPI - attrition/turnover rate and cost of hiring each new employee, average time to hire, etc.  Get all employees engaged in the change.  Moreover, keep in mind that people do not leave companies; people leave managers.

It also depend on individual level how they respect the other cultural but i think we should fit in what other has to do or work not in individual level. Individual level may have their onw issues and problem to handle it. I wont think this could lead to work turn out with force with change in cultural.
