Malaria is caused by plasmodium, and this is transmitted through female mosquities only because female reproduce and lay eggs for which they needs nutrients which are provided through human blood while male mosquito fed on nectar

females Anopheles do not causes malaria, it is just the vector of malaria's parasit who is Plasmodium ( falsciparum, malarea, vivax or ovalea.

because a parasite victor is a eggs of anophel

Quite simple actually. Only female mosquitoes feed on human blood. They become transmitters when they bite an infected person and spread the malaria parasite onto the body they feed on next. Male mosquitoes don't need blood and do not feed on humans. They use nectar from flowers for sustenance.

As to why only anopheles, it is because the genus provides the right condition for the parasite to breed within.
