Why the employers are rejecting the freshers and asking about experiences,without giving the chances how they get the experiences?

The better way is to participate somewhere as an Intern. Many companies are interested in interns to find a talent or loosen work load.

To find an intern job, you will have to go in the career section of any company website and see if there is any internship position for freshers.
