I prefer Outside home.. I do believe that there should be separation between your work life and personal life to some extent which will not be accomplished if you work from home.

I prefer to work in real world as this provide opportunity to interact with lots of people with different skill sets & knowledge and by interacting with them we grew and it adds to our learning upto a great extent.
I believe work from home makes you more theoretical in nature whereas outside world makes you both practical as well as theoretically strong personality
