What's your estimate percentage of organizations that worked hard to have a REAL quality mgmt system in place NOT JUST getting "easy" certification?

<p>In other words, how many organizations worked for improving their management system rather those ended up with paper certificates ?</p>

 I think that depends on the sector of the industry, the size of the entity, and the management

there is no specific statistic or research that helps you to estimate the percentage of the organizations hold real quality "Effective QMS"
