When we have limited customers we need to ask the questions to our selves

1. Is it because my product is having less demand in the market

If less demand, focuss the factors do five why analys and find out the reasons

2. is it because of cometition?

check the pricing and service level of your organisation, improve the same to reach and attract more customers

3. The regions which you cover must be having less customers, reach to more customers , look overseas, use online supplier platforms, and finally meet more and more and more people

hope the above helps!

When there's few customers, you must control your production or might consider store it in your warehouse.

After that, improve your marketing plans... use social media or online marketing.

Hope this helps you!

The issue is not just making maximum sales of random products. If you have several products, you must ensure that you are selling the right amount of each product to make the maximum profit. With the help of mathematical models, this is possible. If you need help in this area feel free to send me a private message as I deal with this on a daily basis.
