It companies are supposed to be professionals in the industry and hence your question is a little tricky one.

There are two scenario what I understand,

1) A guy from the same industry with experience will be hired i.e. a Profesional

2) A guy who has finished is education and lack experience would be hired

There is very less scope of training which can be provided to1 person.

You can have a module based training for2 person as he lacks physical experience, but since he has already gained theoretical experience he will learn fast.

Thank you for the invitation I do not know, this is not my specialty field

General employees who have recently joined the work of the training is absolutely imperative

I think that the best system that there is a self-development training and orientation as well as about the company and the Department of Information Technology itself has a clear understanding of it is training programs for new Ozviha

You can start by arranging an orientation session. Hold a meeting with the department heads and have them on board about the contents of your training session. The orientation session is usually1 week to4 weeks long depending upon the design of your training and nature of delivery. I would suggest you to take into account the following while designing a sound orientation session:

  • Company Mission, Mission and Objectives
  • Company Employee Manual
  • Conduct and Discipline Policy
  • Grievance Procedure
  • Company Products or Services
  • Career Development Opportunities in the company
  • Introduction to the ESS Portal (if any)
  • Arranging a welcome tea session with respective department heads

The above is just a few to give you an idea, you can do some research and make an orientation session as per your company objectives and SOPs

I would agree with Mr. Nauman Ali's answer, and I would like too add that new employees training in most company may focus in orientation about company activities, departments, goals, rules and policies.

This should be the main things to focus on, and if you add other helpful information will help in clearing up any question !
