Why it's different when applying as "Arab Lawyers"for a legal job on Gulf salaries between our offers and other nationalities while we have the experience the experience?

Thanks for the Invite. I have posed the question in every sphere of my career and didn't get any tangible answer's to it. But what I have seen is that the mobilization cost for a foreign employee is high and as an employer you need to consider that but not to the extent of what we are witnessing.

Actually , that's happen everywhere in Arab countries , may be they thought that who has foreign nationality has more experience , while the Arab lawyers and other specialties have enough experience   ,

anyways this roles implement on all new Arab employees everywhere in Arab land.
