BA. degree with experience able to achieve more than Master degree , since :

  1. Experience is the indicator ,not the scientific rank .
  2. Who has BA. only , he\\she knows how to treat with business , just because he\\she try to work more
  3. Master degree without experience is more academic , and he\\she has a theoretical ways to lead and manage not a practical ways.
