  • The above mentioned notions are important to a customer; loyalty, dedication to work and or provision of excellent service.
  • Ideally, the goal of all businesses is to make sure that it remains a going concern and this is achieved through provision of excellent service and creating lasting relationships that enable repeat customers thus ultimately meaning loyalty.
