To Answer the question which is on the subject. how to learn AX implementations. This can be achieved in the following ways : 

1- Classroom training with one of the certified partners 

2- elearning materials, and now there are some videos on youtube that can help, or through microsoft virtual academy

3- Self learning, by purchasing or get the materials from one of the partners

if you have a good business understanding, it will not be too difficult to learn in a short time, also if you have an experience in any other ERP, your life will be much easier.
