Safety behaviours must start from the management, thus management based activities such as HSE Leadership programs and modules can be used to heighten safety behaviours. Behavioral safety tools such as Stepback2x2, Unsafe Act/Unsafe Condition Reporting, PAUSE and Behaviour Observation Forms can be used for the working level to ensure particiation from all level. Lastly, rewards and recognition is a booster to ensure safe behaviour is rewarded and penalty for non-conformances
