Hi There, From Tools side: Computer (It has been innovated for our convenient, so we should get the use of it) like using Excel to manage all required follow ups, tasks and pending things to be completed.
and putting notes/reminders, also reading thru internet about all related things about time management which can support your knowledge accordingly.
From Technical side: Practicing to be punctuality that would help so much to carry on everything on the same rhythm, learning from every mistake that you may face in your life, prioritizing your time by solving the most critical things at first, also sharing the experience and learn from others (specially the experts who are around you).

- Doing first things first.

I use tow way
1- the clasical way "paper and pin" and
2- the some programe from MS Office but the best way is complite worke all at the time

I use organizer notes to organize my tasks, details ,notes and callings.
however,In most of my time I use my brain to store and organize things and let the organizer just for revision if I missed something
