What is the most important skill that give the interviewer a green light to hire you?

For a candidate to get selected, the most crucial quality an interviewer might look upon is the right professional attitude. A person with decent skills but right attitude is any time a good hire than highly skilled arrogant one.

1) Candidate should show the attitude and body language depends upon the position he applied for.

2) Convey the things clear and simple

Communication, is the most important asset in an interview

Confidence, passion, dedication and good attitude. with those , any person can excel in a healthy work environment. Any skill can be learn if we have those traits.

To tell him what he wants to hear

your capability to listen him (Interviewer) carefully and reply to all questions honestly (either you know or don't know). do not show yourself over smart or Smarter then him.

what i know, There are many skills that makes us ecceptable in job interviews, it depends on what job we're applying for, But what pushes us near the goal during an interview is our excitment  and passionate level for the job we're applying to,    so any lack of experience we have, can turn to be  skills as long as we choose the job we want

Some of the gestures from the candidate for the interviewer to select him/her:

1) To the point answers and takes a small pause before starting to answer.

2) exhibit 'the sincere no' if he cant answer specific question.

3) Does not use any short-forms and make it simple answer understandable to layman.

4) Given a chance, he/she shoots questions about the role expectations.

5) Firm voice with no stumble while talking.

6) Confident sitting posture.

7) Create right impression of his/her  expectations in simple words at the end of interview.
