If anyone can see it then I will say it is impossible. As you kow if even download option is stopped or if it is protected by any of the ways mentioned in the answers, simply if he can view it he can just take a print screen and save it as new picture.
You can't do this. if you have come copyright issue just watermark the image. because if the image is shown on browser it's already downloaded from server to the client side.

You cannot. Any picture available on the web can be downloaded, either by simply saving it or taking a screenshot or any other way.
Even if you disable right click, a person can take a screenshot and then crop it according to will.

Technically it is not possible. If you can view an image / picture on the browser then definitely it downloaded. But with some TRICKS you can do it. there are different. but we technical people who have knowledge will find a way to download in any ways.
here are some tricks. keep the image in css for a div and disable the right click and put a clear gif on top of that image.
