Situation_1
if u have updated the wireless drivers and problem still resists you may check the wirless hardware .
Situation_2
you can check which wirless network connection is your laptop connected to.
-check it the network is allow interent access or not.
- try to make trubleshooting resolve by the system itself.
if there is not default Gateway value that means your interent connection is not supplied from your ISP.
Situation_3
if your laptop is enable to connect to your home internet connection.you can check the wirless network connection once,
disconnet the connection and connected again and write the error if there is.
- delete the current WNC and create a new connect.
check the setting of wirless in your router. and if it is enable to broadcast or not.
