listen the team and advice them appropriately

study all the members of the team and identify their individual expertise and make use accordingly

recognize the good work and reward appropriately

try to inculcate the accountability, knowledge and work sharing attitude within the team and

be a role model, so that they follow good deeds.

I feel above are the tips as well qualities one should have to excel in a team leadership or management role. Thanks.
