there is references belongs to each company contain a lot of materials about call center skills and situations, but because of Property rights they cant publish it on the web unfortunately.
The best source will be Google, but apparantely you can also check the knowledgebase from the Call Center Solutoin Provideers website, if you have the access for it. This can provide indepth knowledge and technical knowhow to resolve a solution or make changes to the existing setup.

hey there are many ways to learn .first and easy way is that to listen call center agents call which are also uploaded on you tube and from any website which is related to call center and in my eyes to listen agents call is the best way.
Internet is a broad forum and foryou to get the best out of it I believe one has to be specific about what they are looking for. in light with the question asked I would think of two sources, Google for a wide range of theoretical material and YouTube for visual and experience based material
for good communication skills, internet will really help you but i suggest to attend different training/ seminars since you can learn from different person who has a lot of experienced for this field. there are also a lot of ways to improve it by yourself like reading books, writings,watching foreign movies or even practicing it for you to be comfortable and confident on your communication skills.
