A smile with an eye contact and greeting the customer will always help in bonding well

 

In my opinion a very beautiful smile and curtsy and greeting him with soft skill and communicate but in short sentence

A pleasant personality with effective communication skills

Well to be very honest  in management skill the moment customer entered the premises we have to notify him or her that you are been notify and will be served with great attention and respect. 

as a staff i need to a good listener 

very attentive with a smile that shows that you are special and your visit is has a value

try to understand what is satisfaction level of my customer

The best effective soft skills of communication is by welcoming them with polite greetings with a genuine smile.

Listen patiently to customers and effectively manage any situation.

some curtesy words with smile and eye contact/ reto built the relation between manager and staff / to take care of customer requirement
