when it comes to food the answer is usually dependent on the physiology of the individual; some food might be very healthy to some, while be very good for others. The most unhealthy drinks I guess are Soda (Pepsi, Coke,, etc) specially the diet ones! In addition to Hard liquer as it dehydrates your body and damages your brain cells!
well; from my point of view, the most unhealthy foods such like high fat foods, cholesterol in oil, fast foods, frozen foods....etc with respect to drinks, I guess the top unhealthy are Alcoholic drinks & soft drinks.
Note: healthy foods also can converted to unhealthy foods/drinks & it might be high source of hazard especially if the healthy foods contaminated with any microbial or bacteria.
