I can write in English very well but when I speak I face some difficulties how can I fix this?

Speak more. Speak with natives, chat with them, speak with your pals and relatives - you have to keep your speaking level fit

Ability to write English perfectly shows that this person has good command on English language. The only issue is fluency in spoken English. It can be achieved by focusing on three points:

1- Constructing a perfect sentence using suitable words in mind before expressing it.

2- Saying it with a slow pace without hesitation.

3- Developing confidence that the speaker is more fluent in English than the listener.

Practicing it for a few weeks will remove this lacuna in sha Allah.

You need to expose your self in the English environment for you to hasten your oral communication skills.Another one is to expose yourself in conversation with others who are fluent in English.

Speaking is a skill too. The more you speak , the more you improve. There is no speaker of second language who doesn't make mistakes.

Simply, practise the speaking skills more. Writing and speaking are different language skills need to be honed always.
