  • I understand that the job may require additional hours when deadlines are to be met. My current job requires me to work overtime sometimes; of course, I get compensated for additional hours spent.  I understand that this line of PROFESSION will need some extra hours during the year and I don’t mind it at all.  I have been doing this for  years.

What are the things that you don't like about the company? From the organization, colleagues and superiors. Why di you want to stay for more years?

Apart from the job related questions, you can ask about his/her contributions, thoughts about the company itself, what they think is being expected? How did the previous employee did it? what can you offer as a change or initiative? Since, they know the culture, you can ask numerous questions to help identify
