What is the difference between a team leader and a group leader?

Group is the set which have same interest or same kind of,etc...the one who leads the respective group who is also having the same aptitude is called Group Leader.

Where as the whole Team may not have the same aptitude or interest, but their objective had to be achieved together as a team, the one who leads the team is a Team leader.

both has same objective and function to lead and guide a group of person skilled or unskilled to achieve a goal/task/project, hence, no difference.
