Common  Salary Package  is Basic + House Rental Allowance +Transportation

Basic atleast 60% of the total package

هذه النسبة تعتمد على طبيعة الوظيفة وما اذا كان الاهم فيها التحفيز أم الاستقرار

ففى حالة التحفيز كرجال المبيعات والتسويق تكون النسبة الاكبر للمتغيرات اكثر من الثوابت ولاتوجد نسبة ثابتة لذلك وانما تعتمد على ظروف المنشأة وان كان النسبة المقبولة هى30% الى70% فى اغلب الاحيان

اما فى الحالات الادارية فلا يفضل ارتفاع نسبة المتغيرات الى الثوابت الا بنسب بسيطة حيث انه عند تحديد المرتب الاساسى فى البداية يراعى ان هذا هو العائد الاساسى للموظف وما يضاف اليه من متغيرات تستخدم فى التحفيز بجانب المزايا
