Planning anything - requires; ●Thought ●Knowledge ●Research. You have to think what you desire to plan, you have to understand it (know about it) and you have to research your topic & determine if your planned proposal will coincide with current scheme of things. Do your groundwork! You can't plan anything if you don't know anything.
