The site supervisor or engineer is the one who execute the work at site while the site quality control engineer will do the inspection of the work.

site supervisor is a person who is assigned to get the job done with workers.

site engineer is the person who gets interacted with the client and the company to get the work done. He assigns the work to site supervisor.

Site quality control engineer is the person who is responsible for the quality and safety of the job  done by workers
