It is valid saying. The major reason for attrition is 'Manager Issues'. Team Management skills are imperative in corporate scenario. 'Employees leave their bosses not companies'.

i have passed with both , but believe me its not true , all kind of bosses and jobs teach you something , if you have the enough morale and willing you can struggle and challenge to change , just hit the targets
