Dear Radwa,  The expected qualifications to be an environmental speciaalist include; a degree in environmental science or engineering or a related field, experience conducting environmental investigation and remediation is helpful, experience conducting site assessments is helpful and a knowledge and understanding of the physical and chemical properties and processes that govern contaminant migration, degradation and impact on human health and the environment are helpful.  You need to educate yourself on the world and how it works in a physical sense and use that knowledge.
