trim command
It is command used to remove certain parts in drawing.
Whenever you want to delete extended / unwanted lines in the drawing...Trim(TR) command is used.

Trim Command is used to erase / trim off the extra edges of intersecting lines in auto cad.
In other words protruding lines of any intersections can be trimmed.
BY TYPING TR AND PRESS ENTER YOU WILL EXECUTE TRIM COMMAND IN AUTOCAD IT WILL REMOVE OR DELETE EXTENDED LINE IN TWO INTERSECTING LINES.
Its used to remove extra lines to meet edges.
Simple command: <command> TR2*<enter> and select the line which you want to delete.
But here is another TRIM command:
Trims objects to meet the edges of other objects
Doing a pruning of objects (recoverable pruning) such as line and circle and multi-line rate to edge pruning
