How can I develop my speaking skills?

if you want really to enhance you speaking skill , you ought to stand before a mirror and speak anything in English but loudly . This is the best and fastest way.

Mainly through listening a lot,  because your brain records the information you hear, processes it, and lets you use it in your own speaking.

always try to speak english and read english a lot and any word you can not speak it, you can use translation google to know yhe right speaking

I think the best way is to try speaking with people who are good in that language.

Practice, practice and practice.

Training

Speak with natives, use Skype, watch films, listen to saongs, read, read read and read more

to improve your speaking skills there are many ways:

1-first is to learn and understand highly the rules of phnetics 

2-hearing the mass media  as TV shows catoons songs any  program presented from the native speakers.

3-trying to practice daily and anywhere  your language which helps so much improving your oral skills it s not important when you commit errors  but you have to try and you will see haw the results is good.  

The best and the most fun way to improve your speaking skills is watch English movies/shows with English subtitles and read the subtitles aloud... this will not only help you to understand the speaking but also help you to speak proper English. Later take a recorder n pick up any topic of your choice n record yourself and in due course of time check whether you are as good as the actors you are watching. 

Trust me that you would find a difference in2 weeks and you are the best judge of urself...

2- if you want to write vwry well>>>> read alot

so you should listen to english alot , listen any thing then try to practice english all the time bacause by the repetition your fluency in english will increased and by listening alot your accent will improved
