Do you think the age factor is a problem in handling the administrative work, when the candidate is dynamic but his junior is older than him?

Well, working with junior is older gives more information, understanding, because they have more experience than me I considered , their experience will be an added advantage to the work.

Some time it's most difficult but if junior know that how to handle with Management Tactics then it's no problem

Dear Binod, Age is not a factor when it comes to work.
There might be frustration in the beginning, its all about how you handle it and it will cease.
Don't be biased, respect is what is needed the most in such cases, if you have any issues with the older, or the older has any issues with you, ask him for a moments time outside the office and talk things out.
As he is older, he might have some suggestions to make, he will be more than happy if you tell him, "i'll look into it", basically talk things out, and yes age factor is not a problem in handling admin tasks talking from my experience.
