First of all, you have to know the administration's gools that you could build your workshop.

Secondly, you have to insure the suitable invironment for your staff to analyze their performance.

Third, provide them with a suitable tools to work through it.

Fourth, put them under presure during the workshop by using different kind of work materials and subjects.

Fifth, abserve and monitor their performance and write reports to discuss with them any wrong and mistakes in their performance and actions.

You must me Diplomatic, confidence, concepts of generalization, socialization, you should also be hospitable to your junior staffs and you should make creative, interesting and motivated projects to refresh the staffs. While motivating the staffs you have to see Time, Attention, Relevance, Defining a Win. Make sure you have lots of patience.

Here are the some Motivation Strategies:

Get Perspective!

- Keep in regular touch with them, discuss their professional issues and support them in meeting the personal issues too.

- Don't be a micro manger, give them autonomy to complete the job with careful supervision.

- Never ever highlight their mistakes publically its kills your confidence and you’ll lose the respect and confidence.

- Guide them professionally, if they are lacking.

- Once in a week have lunch together, if possible, plan & share B.day of your team.

You could do more but it all depends on the working environment and team dynamics. Do let me know, if you need further details.

1st, be well-presented i.e. prepared e.g. anticipate all questions that might be asked

2nd, do not go directly in the topic. A little small talk to create a comfortable environment is very important.

3rd, Explain the task, anticipate the problems that my come up and find together solution for it.

4th, Open door police: Be there for your team

5th, always show a "can-do" attitude.

6th, Build up team-strength buy doing activities together a part from the task/job. E.g. Having lunch together once in a week as mentioned in a previous post.

If you are well-presented and organize everything ahead of time you and your team should not go under pressure. This is what I had to learn the hard-way ;-)

Therefore organize yourself and your team before you proceed with the actually task. This might seem at the beginning as a waste of time but at the end it will safe your time. A well-presented leader, who involves his/her staff/team members in the decision-making/problem-solving process  is more likely to convince and motivate his/her staff with a can-do attitude.

In my work shop i explain their goals, targets and reward from company. Than i realize them that this pressure is necessary for their success, so it would be taken in positive way.

My workplace is always very stressed. So I really cannot motivate any junior stuff because I feel stressed out and need to change my job. Please recommend something good to me urgently, I am not sure I will manage all that.

If we speak of Soudi Arabia, it is not easy to find a job there, to start with. So you may be partially right, even though you sound a little rude. But sometimes the loss of job does not depend on you. Then you can check jobs for indians in Saudi Arabia and see what's available in the market so far. No employer can guarantee you a life-time job, so keep yourself employable at all times.
