I Wii take action as per company's procedure

First I always prefer to rectify the mistakes done by any team member or an employee so that any customer and work will not get affected. I ensure presence of the particular employee; this way he / she also learn how to tackle such situation.

Significant mistake means a significant deficiency in routine training of staff. I would first consider to provide support to the working group. In the mean while I will have to evaluate the training program to locate the weaknesses in it and update it. I will not rely on myself but would engage other staff to devise a coordinate form of training. I will never ignore the suggestions and feedback of my group as well other participants. Similarly, I will have to formulate routine surveys so that we can strengthen our training program, and thus provide the best training to our staff.
