Wowing somebody with the product alone is very very rare.99% of the products out there are generic and commoditised.
There is nothing to go wow about.
Most often people have already seen out products, or the competitior products and have fair bit of expectation of the product.
They will remember your product, its details and data but you cannot make it "memorable" unless you are Steve Jobs and unvieling iPhone4!   You can make it memorable ONLY by the way of approach: establishing rapport, creativeness, utility of meeting and understanding.
Unfortunately, its very tricky thing.
