Find a way to model or map the "biggest" problem you are faced with as a method for bringing definition to the problem.

After that from the big picture, make some assumptions about the system represented by the complex problem solving challenge. After you have done this, you will have to research information to dig up more ideas, frame your assumptions, and give yourself some options. Identify where the information you need might be obtained.

by thinking carefully and see all problem from all sides then see why they happen then who i can solve

I totally agree with Mahmoud, although it can be easy for each little piece to loose sight of the goal of the complex problem you are trying to solve. So I advice when solving the little pieces, always keep the goal as the end product that is to be realised in solving each little piece, this way collectively the complex problem with not be so complex.

The best approach for  complex problems is breaking down the complex problem into smaller interrelated pieces, then proceed with your analysis.
